The core values of Know-DAO Consulting is lifelong learning, inclusion, and connection. The vision of Know-DAO is to use women's leadership and high-tech platforms to connect the learning & Development opportunities in both MN, U.S. and China to serve the sustainable development of women, youth, families, groups, and global communities. With the learning and inclusion of more stakeholders, more global development opportunities would be co-constructed to help individuals and families better prepare for the success in the AI era.

Developing Your Self-leadership 个体领导力发展过程
We use a personalized four-phase approach to develop a client's self-leadership
Phase I: We will work with a client to understand their goals and areas for self-development
Phase II: Based on the client's development needs, tailored self-leadership capability building programs will be offered. Examples include training, mentoring, coaching, connecting with relevant resources and professionals etc.
Phase III: Gain practical experience by connecting and collaborating with international peers and professionals.
Phase IV: Review progress towards the client's goal.

Meet the Founder 创始人
Dr. Jackie (Jinfang) Liu is an expert in Leadership Development with a focus on women, family, and youth leadership development in international contexts. Her research filled the gap of women's self-leadership and empowerment of women on individual level. Dr. Liu has considerable professional and academic experiences in Cross-Cultural Leadership and training. She has worked as a Chinese language and culture trainer/instructor at the CIIC, British Council, Nokia, Michelin, LG, Samsung, Bayer Healthcare, Tsinghua University in China. She has also taught career development and global citizen classes at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Liu has a Ph.D. and M. Ed in Human Resource Development from the Department of Organizational Leadership Policy and Development at the University of Minnesota. She got her Bachelor of Arts in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language from Beijing Language and Culture University.
刘金芳博士是领导力发展方面的专家，美国人力资源发展协会领导力方向主席，专注于国际背景下的女性、家庭和青少年领导力发展刘博士在跨文化领导力和培训方面拥有丰富的专业和学术经验。刘博士的研究填补了女性个体领导力的空白， 从个体层面赋能女性。刘博士曾在中智培训中心、英国文化协会、诺基亚、米其林、LG、三星、拜耳医疗保健、清华大学担任汉语言文化培训师/讲师。她还曾在明尼苏达大学教授职业发展和全球公民课程。刘博士拥有明尼苏达大学组织领导政策与发展系人力资源发展专业的博士和硕士学位。她拥有北京语言文化大学对外汉语教学专业的文学学士学位
